Ashley Cranford Marshall is an Alabama attorney who is committed to serving her clients to the best of her ability. Ashley completed her undergraduate degree at Auburn University. After teaching middle school, Ashley attended law school at the University of Alabama School of Law. She began her practice in Birmingham, Alabama with the firm of Whatley Drake and Kallas, LLC. She was afforded the opportunity to work primarily with mass torts cases and travel the nation representing clients. While at the firm, she was named a “Rising Star Attorney” by Birmingham Magazine.

When Ashley married an Air Force pilot, she moved to Spokane, Washington. In Spokane, Ashley transitioned from being an Alabama attorney to being an In-House Counsel for a timber association. As In-House Counsel, she moved to the other side of litigation and traveled the Northwest/ She advised association member companies and the association itself on all matters of employment law and any other general issues that would arise.

Ashley was next given the honor to be an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Spokane. While at the city, Ashley primarily represented Public Utilities and advised employees, city council members, and the mayor on legal issues throughout the city and its departments.

ASHLEY RETURNS BACK TO HER HOME STATE OF ALABAMA.

After a brief stint in Shreveport Louisiana, Ashley and her family have settled in Enterprise, Alabama . They plan to make the town their permanent home. When not practicing law, Ashley can be found spending time with her husband and their two boys, Jace and Will. You’ll probably find all four Marshalls outside chasing their dog, Peanut. Ashley is a proud military spouse. She has previously served as President of several military spouse organizations and non-profit associations. Here in Enterprise, she is a member of First Baptist Church of Enterprise, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, and is looking forward to getting to know members of the Wiregrass community.
